Crochet Granny Scarf Free Pattern

I have two beautiful daughters who really aren’t so big fans of my handmade items J

But this autumn I managed to crochet them each a scarf. The youngest one has a very sensitive skin so I opted for Borgo de’ Pazzi Pima yarn. It’s the softest cotton you can find. Absolutely itch-free yarn! And it was a success! She is wearing the scarf every day and I really love the way it turned out – the colour, the cute little tassels and the beautiful drape it has. It’s warm enough for cooler/colder days in Belgium.

My older daughter likes oversized scarfs so she chose Drops Andes for her scarf. I used the same pattern but the scarf looks so much different than her sister’s. It’s beautiful and big and she likes it a lot but it is way too warm for autumn. So the scarf is waiting some colder winter days to be worn.

For those who can read a diagram, I have a picture of the pattern at the end of this post. For those who prefer written pattern, I have written it down. Use whatever yarn you like and continue with the pattern until you have the desired size. The pattern is very easy and suitable for a beginner. Experienced hooker can watch TV while making it J
